Zenit Vortex impeller pumps (DG) are used for lifting soiled domestic wastewater even with solid matter thanks to their efficient motors and large free passage. Vortex DG hydraulic components can be combined with various types of motor, depending on the application.
DGE Vortex pumps are particularly suited to light duty applications, with dry single- or three-phase motors from 0.37 to 1.5 kW with thermal cutout, mechanical seals and lip seals.
These models have GAS 1 ¼” and 2” threaded vertical outlet ports and GAS 2” threaded or DN 50 flanged horizontal outlet ports, for outstanding versatility.
DGO Vortex pumps, on the other hand, have oil bath single- and three-phase motors with thermal cutout from 0.37 to 1.5 kW and are suited to domestic and civil applications, in transferring soiled wastewater with solid matter.
The DGO range includes 2 and 4 pole models with GAS 2” threaded vertical delivery ports and GAS 2” threaded and DN50 flanged horizontal outlet ports, as well as various models with DN 65 and 80 outlet ports with full free passage. A double mechanical seal ensures optimal continuous operation.
In the industrial sector, where hydraulic performance and efficiency are crucial, Zenit offers DGN and DGP Vortex pumps. These models have powers from 1.5 to 16.4 kW, with free passage up to 150 mm diameter.
DGN and DGP Vortex pumps are particularly suited for handling soiled biological fluids and unstrained sewer water, and are thus ideal for livestock farming, purification, industry and agriculture.
