BOX PRO lifting stations
Zenit extends its range of lifting stations up to 18.000 liters Prefabricated lifting stations are an effective solution for collecting and pumping sewage and wastewater.

The current Zenit BlueBOX pumping stations ranging from 90 to 400 L are suitable for collecting and pumping clear water, rainwater, waste water and sewage from washing machines, sinks and toilets in systems installed at a lower level than the sewer from typical locations such as garages or basements of a single dwelling. For a group of residential buildings, commercial buildings, industrial plants or sewage works, a larger collection point to pump to the main sewerage system is required. The new Zenit BOX PRO pumping stations ranging from 1.000 to 18.000 L now complements the existing BlueBOX range of pumping stations.

The BOX PRO pumping stations comprises of four different types of chambers with various dimensions. All chambers are made of medium-density sturdy polyethylene of various thicknesses and can be equipped with one or two integrated electrical submersible pumps with vortex, grinder or open channel impellers. All types are equipped with three optional pipe inlet gaskets with rapid fastening without the need of using sealing products, two optional electrical cable pipe gaskets, single or double outlet pipes and non-return ball check valves.

To facilitate the ease of installation, maintenance and repair, all types are equipped with a coupling foot for bottom installation with galvanised guidelines and hook with pump lifting chain(s) to lift the pump(s) out of the chamber without the need to empty or enter the chamber. A special key allows control of the discharge gate through an inspection window, avoiding the need of having to remove the metal main cover. The metal main cover on top of the lifting station is walk-over and drive-over resistant.

All pumping stations are controlled via electrical control panels using float switches as the standard method level control. As soon as the fluid has reached a certain maximum level, the pump(s) starts to work and transports the fluid to the sewage channel via the outlet pipe(s). When the fluid has reached a minimum level, the pump(s) stop and the non-return ball check valve(s) prevents the fluid from flowing back into the chamber. All metal elements inside the lifting station are electrically grounded.
